8. Agreement

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jefferson County without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Spray Away Pressure Washing will furnish all labor, equipment and materials to perform the services.

11. It is the Customer’s responsibility to arrange and/or provide access to the premises to be serviced.

12. If store keys and alarm codes are assigned, it is the customer’s responsibility to modify. Spray Away Pressure Washing of any changes made to the keys or alarm codes.

13. This agreement shall continue in force and the service performed on the frequency basis stated herein and shall continue in full force and effect until terminated by thirty (30) days written notice from either party to the other.

14. The Customer hereby waives their rights of subrogation by insurance carrier against Spray Away Pressure Washing  under any fire or liability insurance policy.

15. Any agreement constitutes the sole and only agreement of the Parties and supersedes any written or oral agreement between the parties respecting the subject matter of this Agreement.
